Nicole and Rob’s wedding was nothing short of magical. It was a picture-perfect Newport summer day. My videographer Nate and I, started with Nicole’s getting ready photos and videos at a beautiful home in Newport. There was a roof top deck overlooking the bay where Nicole finished getting ready. Meanwhile, Mark, my 2nd photographer and my 2nd videographer Josh, met up in Downtown Newport with Rob and his groomsmen for their getting ready shots and videos.
Afterward, we all made our way to Rosecliff Mansion for the ceremony and reception. The Gilded Age mansion, completed in the early 1900’s, set the scene for a true fairytale wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was lively and everyone danced the night away! Nicole’s Dad surprised everyone with a fun father-daughter dance. The father-daughter duo dance started slow then progressed to a fast beat and high-energy dancing. Everyone was delighted!
The end of the night held one last surprise. While the guests were enjoying the reception, footage from the day was being masterfully edited into a striking video. At the end of the night, my team revealed the couple’s same day wedding highlight video which was played on the big screen for everyone to see.
